Opportunity

Antique Olive is a humanist sans serif designed in the 1960s by French Typographer Roger Excoffon. Originally based on Eric Gil’s Gil Sans, Antique Olive’s forms are more uniquely exaggerated and asymmetrical. The aesthetic for this book draws from the French origins of Antique Olive while accentuating the qwirky asymmetrical balance of the letterforms. Each spread showcases the typeface in a unique way, utilizing all the available family weights.
